Founded in 1991, OLI Moldes (formerly Moldaveiro) is specialized in the production of small and medium-sized molds with high technical requirements.
The factory, based in Aveiro, stands out for its expertise in the production of small and medium-sized moulds for the injection of thermoplastic materials.
The new facility, with an area of 2.400 square meters, is equipped with the latest technology and machinery. OLI Moldes aims to manufacture larger molds as well as increase their global production capacity.
With the know-how and the technological update, OLI Moldes ensures the design, production, maintenance, repair and change of complex and precision moulds, from simple to sophisticated, complying with the technical specifications and the deadlines determined by the client.

Before the manufacturing of the production mould, it is often important for our customers to:

To meet these needs, OLI Moldes also manufactures prototype molds, so that our customers can make decisions that guarantee added value for their products.
At OLI Moldes, the need to present the highest quality in what we do starts at the beginning of the project. Thus, with the help of Moldflow software, we perform rheological studies, such as filling simulations, which allow us to optimize the design with regard to, for example, the location of injection points, optimization of refrigeration efficiency, compaction, and parameters of the injection process, so that the final plastic parts comply with the specifications requested by our client.
Once we are selected, our project team starts the work with a feasibility analysis that is sent to our clients. In collaboration with this and using modern design and communication tools, we carry out all the development of the mold design, in partnership with our manufacturing and production team, to ensure the highest quality while simultaneously looking to optimize the agreed deadlines, as well as reducing costs.
OLI Moldes is equipped with qualified human resources, advanced equipment and technology to provide a high quality service, characterized by close cooperation with the customer, flexibility and speed of execution.
All of its production activities are supported by precision, high-speed, flexible and programmed advanced CAD-CAM technologies.
Our production system, from the beginning of the project to the completion of mould manufacturing, is controlled and managed automatically using a centralized production management solution.
To guarantee the quality of our production process, we use, among other tools, the dimensional control and the laser identification of the various components, as key and crucial instruments for their execution.
